I look forward to meeting you.
The following information regarding my educational background and experience as a therapist is an ethical requirement of my profession. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
I currently hold a Licensed Professional Counselor license from the State Board of Georgia. I received my master degree in clinical mental health counseling from Capella University in 2019. I have completed Mental Health First Aid training and earned my certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have extensive training in working with individuals, couples, and groups using primarily a person-centered (Rogerian) and narrative approach, though I incorporate others such as CBT, DBT, attachment, and emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT). My experience spans private practice, partial hospitalization program (PHP), school-based therapy, and community mental health.

I have availability on weekdays and in evenings for individuals age 12 and above, as well as couples, via in-person and telehealth sessions.
